As part of our commitment to providing the best infrastructure for your services, we're sending you this notice to inform you of maintenance taking place on your shared server within the next three weeks. We kindly ask that you review the contents below:

Software Upgrade

Reason for maintenance:
The current version of MariaDB on your server is due to go End-of-Life in the coming weeks/months so in order to get ahead of the curve we will be updating its version on your server to MariaDB 11.4.

Maintenance Window:
Start: Thursday, September 4, 2025, @ 7:00 PM PDT End: Friday, September 5, 2025, @ 1:00 AM PDT

All Internet Café USA Clients.

Estimated Amount of Downtime:
We understand the importance of minimizing downtime while performing any type of maintenance and for that reason, we will do everything we can to expedite this process. As it stands, we only expect there to be intermittent MySQL connectivity issues during the maintenance window. We do not expect there to be any other issues or data loss during the upgrade but we highly recommend taking backups of your account(s).
